We would like to thank the Special Libraries Association-Asian Chapter (SLA-Asia) with the cooperation of the Association of Special Libraries of the Philippines (ASLP) for organizing an educational and inspiring conference entitled "Special Libraries towards Achieving Dynamic,
Strategic, and Responsible Working Environment". This 3rd International Conference of Asian Special Libraries was held last April 10-12, 2013 at the PICC, Pasay City and the UP Engineering Library is very pleased and honored to have been part of this activity.
